You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of any Offering You have purchased or opted into.

FINANCIAL TERMS

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize Us to charge Your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment details, and to update them as needed to complete outstanding orders.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time. Pricing errors may be corrected even after payment is received; You will be notified in writing of any such correction.

RECURRING BILLING (MEMBERSHIP)

If You sign up for the membership or any recurring Offering, You authorize Us to charge Your payment method on a recurring basis until You cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting Us; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the Offerings, all sales are final. Refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing, including for memberships, courses, coaching, events, the Mastermind, VIP Day, Reiki sessions, and digital products, regardless of attendance or usage.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact Us directly before attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback, You forfeit any bonuses or materials provided with Your original purchase, and We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms to the financial institution.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at Our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these Terms, and will issue a refund accordingly in such cases.

TAXES

Applicable sales tax (including GST/HST where required) will be applied to Your order as required by law.

CURRENCY

Payments are processed in CAD, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS (MASTERMIND, VIP DAY, AND OTHER LIVE EVENTS)

Event dates, locations, and details are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any changes. Your spot is reserved upon payment and is non-refundable per the No Refunds section above. Spots are limited and non-transferable unless approved in writing by Us.

TERMINATION

If We believe You have violated these Terms, We may immediately terminate Your access to the Offering at Our discretion, without refund.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication, You agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with Our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and Company regarding use of the website and Offerings.
